We use marine grade pressure treated pilings driven in for stability and stainless steel fasteners to prevent rusting. The substructure of our docks consists of marine grade pressure treated timbers. Boat Lifts
To ensure the highest quality boat lifts, Duncan Seawall installs Golden Boat Lifts. These feature marine grade stainless steel and aluminum, include a 15-year structural warranty, and a 25-year limited warranty on the boat lift drive system. Golden Boat Lifts are dependable, durable and made of materials that won't rust in Florida waterfront conditions. The aluminum die-cast enclosure of the motor provides protection and safety. The drive pipes hidden within the top beams of the boat lift improve appearance and safety. The grease fittings of the solid aluminum extruded bearings allow easy maintenance and superior strength as they're welded inside the top beam of the boat lift.

Duncan Seawall offers experienced, professional in house electrical services for their customers. This eliminates the need to hire an outside electrical contractor who may not understand the requirements for working on or near the water.
