Tidewater Preserve

Duncan Seawall had the privilege to work on Phases I and II at Tidewater Preserve Marina. One of the considerations in awarding the job to Duncan Seawall was the fact that we have full resources available, including our in-house electrical team for seamless job completion. Satisfied clients are the cornerstone of good business, and we were happy to add Tidewater to the list.

Bradenton Municipal Projects

Working for Manatee County has been a pleasure, and working on projects such as Riverwalk and Bradenton Pier has produced success stories visited by countless people every year.

Bradenton Riverwalk - Our ability to bring resources to work on tight schedules was a major consideration in securing this project. There were some unique requirements for the design, including adhering to the same configuration. Grant timing was critical to the project, and Duncan Seawall was well-qualified to meet the increased demands and finish the job under budget.

Bradenton Pier- Being selected to demolish and rebuild Bradenton’s landmark pier was a Manatee County success story to be proud of. Our reputation for meeting strict schedules and providing a full range of services were the deciding factors, including our in-house electrical department and associated utility services.

McKechnie Field Boardwalk

We’ve built a reputation for excellence, which led to being selected to work on the McKechnie Field Boardwalk. This project required us to complete more than 22,000 square feet of boardwalk before the Pittsburgh Pirates returned for spring training. It required some aggressive scheduling to complete the entire project, including pilings, decks and an outfield tiki bar, it was occupancy-ready in less than 100 days.

Duncan Seawall has been a leading marine contractor on Florida’s Gulf Coast since 1979.
