When we built our Duncan Seawall, Dock & Boat Lift facility, we really put a lot of thought into our space. We wanted a place where our customers would feel comfortable asking questions, looking at examples of our work, and telling our staff exactly what they want (even if they have no idea what they're looking for.)

We got together as a team, and we talked about how our space could benefit visitors. What would they want to see? How could we answer their questions before they leave our facility? We discussed questions we're frequently asked, and in the end, we decided the best way to truly integrate an experiential feel into every customer's visit, we needed to incorporate an interactive design center.
We're proud to say that our final product is an outstanding representation of the work we do here at Duncan Seawall. Our design center allows our customers to touch and feel actual pieces that we've put together so they can get a true idea of what their waterfront properties, docks, and boat lifts might look like when they contract with us.
When you stop by our facility, we welcome you to try the products. We invite you to push the buttons, examine the materials from which our sample designs are made, and question how each design would work for your individual situation. To us, it's important for our customers to be able to see what things actually look and feel like because there shouldn't be any guesswork involved in a major purchase like a boat lift, dock, or seawall.
We've discovered that our design center is a place where lines of communication are opened. Customers ask questions they didn't even realize they had after they walk around our in-house decks and touch our boat lifts. We get excited when we have the opportunity to educate our customers about different textures, designs, and aesthetics, and every conversation is much easier when we have examples ready to demonstrate what we think would be best for our buyers.
